PROJECT MANAGER (FMCG/ INTERIOR/ STORE)

Responsibilities
- Liaise with designer and brand principal to finalize designs and drawings to meet operational requirements
- Organize design drawings/ draft specifications for contact tenders
- Cost budgeting and control of new and old projects
- Managing of projects and monitor store construction till completion
- Liaise with relevant parties (i.e. consultants, contractors, suppliers) to ensure project is completed in a timely manner
- Draft digital drawings
- Support store operations in terms of maintenance
- Provide face-lifting proposal of old and tire shop condition
- Oversee and manage project executives in their work, and advising them on technical matters when necessary
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineer/ Building/ Interior Design
- 5 years of relevant experience in projects
- Experience in designing and project management of store is advantegous!
- Knowledge of designing software is preferred!
- Singaporeans/ PRs only!
