Bid Executive -Raffles Place

Job Description:

·         To assist the Bid Manager and Account Manager to request for pricing from vendors.

  • Oversee the order tracking process and ensure orders that are entered into the system are in accordance with the company’s processes and policies.

·         To work closely with Account Managers (AMs) to ensure that all necessary documents required for raising work orders are accurately completed and submitted on time; and to ensure RFS is not missed.

·         To work closely with other internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of service.

·         To assist Bid Manager to answer to AMs on enquiries / queries on order status, billing enquires, etc. This includes any billing issues such as consolidation of billing accounts.

·         Maintain proper filing of quotations and documents and to update and maintain customer database in a timely and efficient manner

Pre-requisites:

  • Diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales and admin duties, quotations and order processing (preferably from Telco industry)
