Job Scope
- Day-to-day Processing and authorization of transactions promptly into the relevant operating systems according to Front Office customer instruction.
- Liaising with FM / WBP front office, agent / counter party to ensure the smooth processing of transactions.
- Handle day-day-to-day queries from both internal and external customers and provide operational support.
- Review all documents or instructions received from customers or Front Office and highlight any discrepancies or inconsistency.
- Daily reconciliation between systems and check & confirm of reports as a second defence / control to ensure that transactions are done in the right manner.
- Preparation of reports and statistical data for internal use in the aspects of volume count, control and management purposes.
- Assist with month end balancing.
- Ensure that the Bank’s and relevant regulatory procedures and controls are adhered to.
- Employee engagement in the Bank’s activities.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in business-related disciplines
- 1 year of relevant experience in front-end banking
- Preferably with some experience in securities custody
- Show a flair for numbers
- Proficient in MS Office
