SENIOR EXECUTIVE, INVESTMENT IT NTUC Income Insurance Co-operative Ltd

Responsibilities:

• monitoring and trouble-shooting system jobs for the investment applications and systems;

• use of reporting and technical tools of investment systems to design reports, extract data and import;

• help in automation and scheduling jobs to facilitate data flow between investment systems;

• providing support to users on the production issues;

• help in system enhancements and new system implementation;

• perform system access and administrative role;

• regular data extraction, reconciliation and uploading into system.

Requirements:

• At least a diploma in business/finance/investment/IT

• Have some exposure in the asset management or investment industry

• Have experience in supporting and/or operate IT applications preferably for financial or investment users

• Good understanding of IT technologies and have a “programming” logic to design/develop reports and automate jobs

• Able to use simple “programming” tools such as scripts, Excel macros, Visual Basic

• Willing and eager to learn new things

• Analytical and able to solve problems creatively to provide solution to users
