Trainers X 2 (Soft Skill) Kelly Services – International Plaza Branch
Our clients a facilities management agency and health & beauty retailer are actively seeking for soft skill Trainers.
Responsibilities:
- To conduct a series of trainings with objectives to enhance excellent customer service, communications, etc.
- To develop training contents and materials
- To evaluate the training effectiveness
- To identify the training needs in line with organizational goal
- To work closely with the operations and understand the business and training needs
Pre-requisites
- Minimum Diploma / Degree
- Has 1 year training experience (for Health & Beauty Organization)
- Has at least 3-5 year of relevant corporate training experience (for Facilities Management Organization)
- Should have excellent communications skill and charisma
- Singaporean & PR preferred
