Job Vacancies Beauty Trainer, Job Vacancies Elken (Singapore) Pte Ltd,Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Dermatology / Cosmetology / CIDESCO or related discipline
- Minimum 4-5 years of working experience beauty sales training
- Good organizational, communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Possess a pleasant disposition and a good sense of personal grooming
- Strong command of English and Mandarin is preferred (Candidates need to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts)
- Must be prepared to work on shifts, weekends, Public Holidays as required
Responsibilities:
- Conduct beauty training for distributors, product users and staff as per Company’s training plan and programs
- Design and conduct effective product training programs to continuously enhance distributors and staff competencies
- Assess effectiveness of training programs and suggest recommendations for improvement
- Constantly perform needs assessment and architect overall training plans with defined outcomes and deliverables
- Enforce training procedures, policies, protocols for effective training development and support
