Counter Managers CHANEL

Responsibilities

* Oversee and manage the assigned Fragrance and Beauty counter
* Manage stock inventory at the counter
* Achieve counter sales and meet sales targets
* Train, coach, and develop beauty advisors

Requirements

* Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
* Able to speak both English and Mandarin
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Sales oriented and able to coach and motivate a small team
* At least 1 year of supervisory experience and 4 years of experience in the cosmetics / retail industry
