Resident Technical Officer (RTO) Eco-Id Design Consultancy Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:

• To carry out regular supervision of Architectural, Civil, Structural and M&E installation works
• To assist Consultant Team and supervise the contractors and coordinate with consultants to ensure work on site is done
• Take prompt action to rectify poor quality materials or items which may lead to defects
• To liaise with Architects and Quality Assurance and Quality Control Unit (QAQC) to enhance overall construction quality progress
• To submit site reports on project performance and progress on a weekly basis.
• Meet with Management on Sunday site visit as and when required
• Carry out other related duty assigned to you by the Management or it’s representative from time to time
• To verify reports and claims submitted by contractors

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years relevant work experience
• Strong leadership, mature and responsible
• Ability to function independently
• Effective communication with all levels
• Good planning and organizing skills
• Willing to work on contract basis.
