Requirements:
- Graduate with Architectural Degree
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience, preferably with China exposure in the past projects
- Conversant with the local codes and regulations, and submission procedure is a bonus
- Good in design, planning, project management and site experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2005 and above, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Words / Excel/ Power Point/ Project)
- Candidates with good attitude, self motivated and able to work independently
- Essential to submit sample portfolio for review and consideration
- Must proficient in both english and mandarin language (both written and oral)
