Facilities Executive East Asia Institute of Management
Responsibilities
- To take charge of day-to-day facilities and maintenance operations of physical facilities and infrastructure;
- To develop and maintain partnership with contractors and/ or vendors for all aspects of utilities and building management;
- To facilitate and ensure contractors/ vendors complete repair and maintenance work to required timeline and standards;
- To create, document, review & update operational processes and procedures of the Facilities Management office
- To keep records of maintenance works and follow through to ensure high availability of services.
Requirements
- Diploma in Estate / Facilities Management
- Able to work independently and with good interpersonal skills
- Preferably with 2 years of related working experience
