Responsibilities:
* Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of inspection and audit of buildings, infrastructures and facilities
* Preparation of report based on inspection and audit work
* Responsible for handling client feedback and follow up action
Requirements:
* Possesses a Diploma in Building Science, Building Engineering or Building Services
* Able to work independently and possesses good interpersonal skills.
* Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in pre-con survey, site investigation or building audit work
