Leasing Manager Subway Systems (S) Pte Ltd
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for providing direction and support to the Asia team to achieve the strategic development goals; provide direction to the territory managers and franchisees with respect to locations, perform negotiations with landlords while ensuring the leases protect both the franchisee and Company. You are also required to review leases in both English and Chinese to ensure accuracy and according to our standards. You will manage the paperwork associated with leases to ensure all details are duly completed before the lease is approved.
In addition, your role is to also develop regional relationships with landlords and developers. You will liaise with the team in the US (HQ) and hence, you may be required to attend conference calls at night.
If you have experience in real estate with property developers, shopping center developers or with other retail businesses in negotiating and approving locations, this role will be relevant.
Requirements:
* Degree in Real Estate / Property Management or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years of leasing experience; preferably with regional exposure
* Fluent in both English and Chinese (Written and Spoken)
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Meticulous
* Travelling will be required (about 20%)
