- Provide operational support to ensure effective implementation of NS policies on NS Registration, enlistment, deferrment, and exit permits, into implementation work processes and systems.
Job Duties
- Process applications for NS Registration, Enlistment, Deferrment and Exit Permits.
- Conduct verification checks on records of NS liable population.
- Examine details of cases on requests / appeals for deferrment, enlistment and exit permits, and to prepare submission and recommendations to relevant authorities for approval.
- Manage public queries received via letters, emails, escalated calls or service counter.
- Manage requests for statistical data and set criteria for data generation.
- Provide admin support on updating and liaising with external vendors on NS related publication.
- Assist in the conduct of PR / New Citizen visits at camps.
Job Requirements
- Min. 3 ‘O’ Level passes with credit in English and Mathematics.
- Service / Customer-Oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Must be willing to work in Depot Road.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
