Senior Design Engineer Stelkraft Pte Ltd
Role
Working with the existing team of design engineers, the successful candidate will work to develop new and existing well servicing equipment for use in the oil and gas industry. Working from customer’s requirements the candidate will be responsible for generating effective equipment proposals including the specification and selection of components and structural considerations.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Engineering and Technical Managers
- Developing effective and efficient designs in a timely manner
- Ensuring legislative compliance of designs
- Generation of arrangement and construction drawings
- Liaison with production during construction
- Mentoring of Junior Engineers
Experience should include
- Experience as a Design / Project Engineer of equipment including DNV2.7-1 structures. – experience of oil field equipment is an advantage.
- Experience with Diesel Driven Equipment – experience of Hazardous Area Diesel driven equipment is an advantage.
Skills should include:
- Excellent English both spoken and written
- AutoCAD
Requirements:
- Min. Degree & above in Engineering or equivalent
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Others:
- Location: West
- Company transport provided
- 5 days work week
