QA Manager
Reporting to the Senior QA Manager, you will be responsible for the Quality Operations on the production floor, ensuring all Quality processes are in compliance with Quality System requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices. You will work closely with the Production and Manufacturing engineering to ensure proper investigation, disposition, and corrective / preventive action of Nonconformance Reports. You will be designated as the backup to the local Quality Management Representative and will support him in ensuring compliance to corporate and local Quality Policies/Procedures.
To be a qualified candidate, you must have at least 5 years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and must hold at least a Bachelor degree in a scientific discipline. You must also be a highly independent, assertive, diplomatic natural leader who possesses strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
