Job Responsibilities
- Attend to main lines enquiries & receiving visitors
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls & couriers
- Responsible for stationery stock control & replenishment
- To assist the supervisor in maintaining Office Facilities and equipments control
- To assist the supervisor on building management issues
- Responsible for Telephone Programming, Staff door access card
- To assist the supervisor in Travel & hotel reservations
- Source Office equipment quotations
- To liaison with the relevant vendors pertaining office equipment quotations and Indoor Plants
- To perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor when it is necessary
Job Requirements
- Minimum O Level and above
- Minimum 2 years and above experience in receptionist cum admin role

Job Requirements:
- Work with other HVAC/ACMV Sales Engineers in providing distinctive sales support in HVAC/ACMV equipment, system design and HVAC/ACMV system solutions to satisfy customers’ needs
- Develop the plans for the equipment sales business in the assigned market segment. Developing the equipment sales business in possession of sustainability, quality earning and continual growth
- Executing the initiatives and committing to yield total customer satisfaction and achieve the business results
- To ensure the success of the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Leadership Review Plan (LRP) objectives to his business segment within the HVAC/ACMV sales department
- Maintain existing customer base and develop new customer base to ensure continuous business growth
- Maintain constant field intelligence and feedback pertinent information on competitors activities, product, prices, business performance and promotional programmes
- To manage the secured projects diligently in terms of costing, timely planning of delivery schedule with the factory and the service department, minimise additional rework or unplanned cost and ensure prompt collection
- Foster strong customer’s relationship with all customers enabling the company to achieve highly profitability and excellent payment collection position at all time.
- Must possess Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Preferably 2 years and above experience in sales of aircon or industrial equipment. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Must be ready to have his/her own transport
